Review Procedure and Responsibility of Reviewers

Scientific articles submitted to the journal shall be reviewed by two reviewers.

If conclusions of reviewers on suitability of an article for publication are opposite, the editorial board shall appoint a third reviewer and, upon receiving his/her opinion, make the final decision regarding the suitability of the article for publication.

Review procedure is anonymous, i.e. reviewers shall not be provided with information about the identity of authors, and the authors – about the identity of reviewers.

Reviewers shall alert the editor-in-chief of the suspected cases of plagiarism.

Reviewers shall ensure the confidentiality of the papers reviewed.

They shall not discuss the papers reviewed, nor distribute their copies.
