Responsibility of Authors

The articles submitted shall comply with the requirements for a scientific publication and shall be prepared in accordance with the instructions set by the journal for authors regarding the article’s structure, citation, references, summary, etc.

Authors shall certify that the manuscript has not previously been published and is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere (with exception of cases when an article has been published in other language and changed at least by 30 per cent).

Authors are required to be able to demonstrate to the editorial board the possession of all necessary permissions to reproduce copyright material, for print and online publication. Authors are also responsible for accurate and appropriate usage of references to the sources and secondary literature used in their texts.

All individuals who have significantly contributed to the research and writing of the paper shall be included in the list of authors and share collective responsibility for research results. 

Authors shall ensure that all the data used in the article are reliable and accurate.

Authors shall take into account the errors identified by reviewers and their reasoned comments. If authors do not take into account comments of reviewers, they shall explain their reasons for doing so to the editorial board in writing.
